Our laboratory is focusing on identification of metastasis/invasion associated molecules using phage display technology and two dimensional gel electrophoresis from three different cancer-related models: cultured metastatic vs. non-metastatic human breast cancer cells, primary human leukemic stem cells and human glioblastoma models.
