INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL CONTRIBUTORS -> Poster ContributorsHere the printable pdf of the oral instructions Speakers of the symposia can see the allocated time for the oral presentation on the Congress web pages/Program. Kindly see your own session to estimate the length of your presentation and to leave enough time for questions/comments. Please adhere to your allotted time as a courtesy to other speakers. For the workshop speakers, chairmen may give further instructions on the length and style of presentations. The chairmen are strictly instructed to keep the allocated time. Please, also check the final program for your presentation time in case of changes in the program. Presentations in PowerPoint The PC for the PowerPoint presentations will be available in all the lecture halls and meeting rooms. Please, note that the PowerPoint version should be compatible with Windows XP. If you will bring your own Mac computer, kindly test the functionality in good time before your presentation in the mentioned lecture hall. You also need to bring your own adapters. If you have large files or for example a mpg-file with audio, please contact the Congress office well in advance to check the compatibility of the equipment. Note that all submitted abstracts are published on the Congress web page, unless you send a separate written denial of this. Please, bring your presentation preferably on an USB memory stick. You can either leave the USB stick in the Congress information desk and the assistants will upload your presentation or you can upload it yourself directly in the lecture hall well before your session starts. Please, inform the session chairman that your presentation has been loaded to the system before the session starts. Speaker ready room There will be a speaker ready room where you can modify/test your presentation. Wireless internet connection Internet access codes are available at the Congress information desk during the Congress. Briefing Please, meet the chairperson of your session 10 minutes before the beginning of the session in the lecture room. Additional information Should you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact the Congress office ( ESBRA@tavicon.fi ). Remember to ensure your presentation by paying the Congress fees. TAVI Congress Bureau will send you a participation confirmation by email after processing all your payments. INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER CONTRIBUTORS -> Oral contributorsEach poster contributor will be provided with one panel measuring (width) 90 cm x (height) 110 cm. Posters will be on display from Sunday, June 7 to Wednesday, June 10 in the main lobby (Atrium, C section). The authors are requested to be in the proximity of their posters during the Poster Session on Tuesday, June 9 at 13.30 - 15.30 . The posters will be grouped according to topics. During the poster session each poster will be shortly summarized by the author and discussed at the poster, 3-5 min each. Please, prepare a short fluent description of the main points in your poster, not just read it through. The chairpersons of poster sessions will select the awarded posters. Please refer to the final program for your poster number. You can find your own poster panel by following the numbering in the program. The posters should be put up on Sunday between 12.00-15.00. They should be removed on Wednesday before 14.00. All material needed for mounting of posters will be provided. Please, do not use any other materials. Poster awards Three poster awards, 300 EUR each, will be presented in the award ceremony on Wednesday, June 10 starting at 15.30.
