If you want to clone a fragment of a plasmid into another plasmid, PlasmaDNA can automatically find for you compatible overhangs and suggest cloning strategies.

This works even for enzymes that cut degenerated restriction sites or cut outside of their recognition sequences, adding enzymes to molecular cloning that are usually ignored.

And since, in PlasmaDNA, you can select which of the enzymes in the database are present in your laboratory, you don't have to worry whether you own the enzyme or not.
