Multiple Sequences per file
When you start PlasmaDNA, you don't open a new sequence, but a new Cloning Project. This means that you can add, analyse, manipulate and save multiple sequences at the same time (maximum: 20).
- Digest the DNA sequence with a restriction enzyme. The products of the digestion will appear as new sequences in the project
- Organize your sequences. Keep in the same file the original plasmids, the digested fragments and the ligation products. When you or someone else comes back some time later to open the file, the whole cloning strategy is there to read!:
