Plasma DNA allows for virtual digestions of DNA fragments with one or multiple enzymes as once. The result of the digestion is shown in a window with the following information:

• A graphical representation of each digestion fragment
• An indication of what region of the original fragment this digestion product corresponds to.
• A virtual agarose gel of the digestion reaction, with the band corresponding to this digestion product highlighted

The desired fragments(s) can be added to the cloning project for further analysis and manipulations.
