RESEARCH PROJECTS
Exon arrays enable measuring expression of all known human exons. We have
developed methods to preprocess, analyze and visualize exon array data.
Here, we have compared drug treated cancer sample to a non-treated and our
objective is to identify which genes and exons differ in their
transcriptional activity as a consequence of the treatment.
